founder and president of Wu Li Turtle Corp., she is a trusted adviser and speaker on leadership and organizational performance
for clients in both the public and private sectors.
For more than twenty five years, her results-focused approach has guided leaders from organizations around the globe
in reaching optimum performance levels. Among the clients Rubye has worked with are: American Friends Service Committee, Capella
University, US Defense Logistics Agency, Executive Security and Engineering Technologies, Fort Gordon, Morgan State University,

Prior to starting Wu Li Turtle, Rubye served more than twenty years as an active duty officer and was a VP for a technology
firm in their Southeastern regional office. She holds degrees in sociology and business administration from Hollins University,
Boston University, and Walden University. Rubye is a Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), a peer reviewer
for The International Journal for Servant-Leadership, and member of the American Society for Training and Development,
Operations Research and Management Science, and the National Association of Female Executives.
